The complaint gets its own branch too

Almost every retail bot is built to sell and goes silent when something goes wrong. This template separates a faulty product, a size exchange and a refund return, each with its own path.

The menu your customer sees on day one

Copied verbatim from the flow the engine runs. It is not an example: it is what gets installed. The template ships written in Spanish, the language of our support in Paraguay and Ecuador.

Retail

What this template carries that another does not

Three different complaints, three paths

It arrived faulty, I want to change size or colour, I want to return it for a refund. Merging them into one option is what makes the customer tell the whole story again.

After hours, complaints come in flagged

At night the case is logged as priority and the customer is told a person will pick it up at opening. A complaint left waiting is the one that ends in a one-star review.

Stock is confirmed by a person

The bot takes the order and the team confirms stock, total with shipping and payment method. Selling something you did not have costs more than the sale.

This is how it answers in your industry

  1. Customer

Hi, can I pick up my order tomorrow?

  2. AbyNova

Yes, we will have it ready. You can come by tomorrow at 3:30 pm or 5:00 pm. Which works better?

  3. Customer

    5:00 pm

  4. AbyNova

Done, I am holding tomorrow at 5:00 pm for you. To confirm it we need the deposit. Here is the payment link.

  5. Customer

Already paid, sending you the screenshot

  6. AbyNova

I received your receipt and attached it to your record. A person will verify it and I will confirm here. Your slot stays on hold in the meantime.
