The fasting question, answered at eleven at night

It is one of the largest templates: 50 nodes, most of them about preparation. Because a patient who shows up without fasting loses their slot and the lab loses the space.

The menu your customer sees on day one

Copied verbatim from the flow the engine runs. It is not an example: it is what gets installed. The template ships written in Spanish, the language of our support in Paraguay and Ecuador.

Lab

What this template carries that another does not

Preparation, by sample type

Blood with 8 to 12 hours of fasting —a lipid panel usually asks for 12—, water allowed, no alcohol or hard exercise the day before. Urine and stool have their own explanation, mid-stream technique included.

Results do not go out unverified

If the patient wants them over chat, a person verifies their identity before anything is sent. A lab result is health data: the flow does not hand it over just because someone asked.

Home collection with the fasting reminder

When the sample is taken at home, the same node reminds that fasting still applies. It is the costliest mistake in home service, and it is written into the flow.

This is how it answers in your industry

  1. Customer

Can I get blood work done tomorrow?

  2. AbyNova

Yes. Blood work requires eight hours of fasting. Tomorrow we have 3:30 pm or 5:00 pm. Which works better?

  3. Customer

    5:00 pm

  4. AbyNova

Done, I am holding tomorrow at 5:00 pm for you. To confirm it we need the deposit. Here is the payment link.

  5. Customer

Already paid, sending you the screenshot

  6. AbyNova

I received your receipt and attached it to your record. A person will verify it and I will confirm here. Your slot stays on hold in the meantime.
