Cookies and third parties on this page

This site is published on the Bitrix24 platform. Bitrix24 injects its own JavaScript and its own cookies (prefixed BX) into the pages it serves, and that is outside our control. We state this explicitly because a policy claiming "this site uses no cookies or third-party services" would be false.

We load no analytics of our own, no advertising pixels, and no fonts or resources from other domains: everything of ours is served from our own infrastructure.

Data the product processes

When you subscribe to AbyNova, the bot processes your end customers' conversations inside your Bitrix24 portal. That data is yours and lives in your portal. We store: your account and subscription data, usage counters, and an audit log of administrative actions. Your portal credentials are stored encrypted and in a separate store from billing.

Artificial intelligence

On both plans, conversation messages are sent to a language model provider to generate the reply. What is sent is the conversation text and your business context, not your database. The number of exchanges is capped by design.

How long

Account and billing data are kept while the commercial relationship exists plus the subsequent legal retention period. Usage counters are kept per billing period.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us. The contact channel is still being set up. This page is not published yet.
