The emergency comes before the menu

It is the only template that breaks its own greeting: before offering anything, it says there is 24-hour emergency care and how to reach it. A pet in danger cannot wait for someone to read six options.

The menu your customer sees on day one

Copied verbatim from the flow the engine runs. It is not an example: it is what gets installed. The template ships written in Spanish, the language of our support in Paraguay and Ecuador.

What this template carries that another does not

The emergency is in the greeting, not the menu

The very first message says: if your pet is in a bad way, type "emergency". Nobody has to navigate to reach the one thing that cannot wait.

On an emergency, the bot steps aside

It does not book or collect data: it gives the on-call number and the address, and hands the conversation to the team. Chat is slower than a phone call and the flow admits it.

At night, it keeps warning

With reception closed it logs the request, and if the pet gets worse it repeats the 24-hour emergency number.

This is how it answers in your industry

  1. Customer

Hi, are you open tomorrow? It is for a dog bath

  2. AbyNova

Yes, we are open tomorrow. We do baths, grooming, vaccines and check-ups. We have 3:30 pm or 5:00 pm. Which works better?

  3. Customer

    5:00 pm

  4. AbyNova

Done, I am holding tomorrow at 5:00 pm for you. To confirm it we need the deposit. Here is the payment link.

  5. Customer

Already paid, sending you the screenshot

  6. AbyNova

I received your receipt and attached it to your record. A person will verify it and I will confirm here. Your slot stays on hold in the meantime.
