What the service is

AbyNova is an automated assistant that operates inside your Bitrix24 portal's Open Channels. It is provided by Viralith LLC.

Payments and validity

The service is billed as a monthly subscription. Access lasts exactly the days paid for: there is no grace period. There is no minimum commitment; you can stop renewing whenever you want.

Suspension

If the subscription lapses or the plan quota runs out, the bot stops running the flow. The channel does not go silent: the bot greets once and hands the conversation to your operators.

Service limits

Each plan's limits are published on the pricing page. Practical capacity is 60 to 100 active conversations per portal, and the ceiling is imposed by Bitrix24's two-requests-per-second limit, not by our engine.

What the bot does not do

It gives no medical advice or clinical guidance. It confirms no payments, reservations or charges it cannot verify. These restrictions are not configurable.

Your obligations

Your end customers' data is yours and you are responsible for processing it in accordance with the law that applies to you. We process it solely to provide you the service.

Availability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not publish a service level agreement with compensation. When we have one, it will be here and not in a verbal promise.

Territories

AbyNova is neither offered nor provided in the United States.
