How it works

From a loose WhatsApp message to a paid appointment filed in the CRM, without anyone on your team touching a keyboard.

From a loose message to a paid appointment

The customer writes to your WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. Those channels already arrive in one place: Bitrix24 Open Channels. AbyNova lives there and replies in seconds.

What it does in each conversation

  1. Recognises and answers. Your industry's typical questions are already written into the template: hours, address, services, what each one includes.
  2. Offers real slots. It checks each professional's calendar, respects holidays and accounts for the appointments your front desk enters by hand.
  3. Holds the slot and asks for the deposit. The appointment stays provisional for two business hours, configurable per customer.
  4. Receives the receipt. The image is attached to the contact's record in the CRM.
  5. Waits for verification. The appointment is confirmed when a person verifies it or when the deal is marked as won in the CRM. Only then is the calendar event written.
  6. Reminds. Six hours, two hours and twenty minutes before.

What happens when something goes off script

It hands over to a person. If the customer gets upset, asks for a human, describes symptoms or asks something outside your business context, the conversation goes to your team. The bot does not improvise.

No open ports, no exposed network

AbyNova polls Bitrix24, not the other way around. It needs no public address and nothing opened on your network. Each portal's credentials are stored encrypted and the control plane holds no secrets at all.

Capacity

Between 60 and 100 active conversations per portal. It was tested with 150 end customers talking at the same time. The ceiling is not the engine's: it is the two-requests-per-second limit Bitrix24 imposes. One customer with an error or with spam never affects another.
